We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Investment Management/Companies team which is a subsidiary of a very successful New Jersey/New York company.
You will be working directly with the owner of both of those entities.
The Administrative Assistant will organize and schedule appointments, attend meetings and take detailed notes, write and distribute email and correspondence, file, answer and direct phone calls, order supplies, coordinate travel, attend events, manage household staff and assist in overseeing general maintenance and projects of a large, multi-building estate.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
