The facility offers integrated treatment for drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief/loss, personality disorders, and similar conditions.

We are seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) specializing in Family Medicine and/or Psychiatric Mental Health.
In this role, the NP and/or PA responsibilities include:
working with an Inter-Disciplinary team; performing H&P and Psych Evaluations; conducting daily patient visits and follow-up appointments; creating customized care plans, and medication management.
This position will be primarily based at the facility's residential treatment center.
