Vacation Home Specialist

We're looking for a flexible, eager and motivated person to join our field team - with great people skills, basic knowledge of home repair, problem solving skills, attention to detail.
Key
Responsibilities:
Provide great vacation home management services for a quality collection of vacation rentals in the Coachella Valley.
Vacation home property inspections, light cleaning, light maintenance, and attentive guest/owner services for vacation rentals under our care.
Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing guest/owner questions or needs, including in-person house visits to properties for customer care.
Preparation of homes prior to guest arrival and inspecting homes upon departure.
Tracking and resolving maintenance issues, coordinating repairs with vendors and team members, ensuring timely management of time/tasks and at a high quality completion.
Communicating with and resolving issues for guests, homeowners and team members.
Interacting with guests, vendors, field team and office to maintain high standards of property care.
Required skills and qualities:
- great customer service skills - solution-oriented person adept at problem-solving and working quickly - good understanding of vacation home industry a plus - great communication and interpersonal skills - general familiarity with light household maintenance and repairs - high energy, comfortable with fast pace, physical work environment - great work ethic with flexibility and can do attitude Work schedule includes:
- combination of weekdays, weeknights, weekends and holidays.
Must be available Sundays Compensation:
$17 hourly plus mileage reimbursement This is a field position and requires reliable transportation.
