THE GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE MUST:
HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS Have an active Food Handler's Certificate Have an active ABC Certificate Have a minimum 2 years experience working at boutique hotel Currently be living in the Coachella Valley The Guest Service Associate is committed to providing guest recognition from arrival and throughout the duration of stay.
This role coordinates all efforts to provide the ultimate personalized guest experience while ensuring all guests' needs are met.
The Associate will provide assistance with rooms, reporting and will provide general support to the General Managers as needed.
Responsibilities Welcome all guests at the property Register and check-in guests Answer all incoming calls, as necessary Advise guests on reservation details, confirm length of stay Provide keys and other essentials to guests Respond to routine guest inquiries and problems Enter guest information and stay details into StaynTouch Checks and verifies credit requirements for payment Processes guest payments at checkout Complete tasks or projects as assigned or as required Attend to guests during breakfast, pool and happy hour service Attend to motel check-in, lounge, pool and other common areas as needed Learn and retain specialty cocktail recipes Job Type:
