Our portfolio currently comprises 2,100 sites across 5 properties in California and Arizona.

RESPONSIBILITIES Your success in this position will be measured by customer/employee satisfaction and overall NOI growth.
The Director of Operations for Sky Valley Resorts will be responsible for:
Leading the operations team Growing profitability Ensuring excellence at each property in the areas of:
Revenue Generation Customer service Maintenance Enhancing curb appeal Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations Cultivating a sense of community Developing, Implementing and managing consistent processes across properties Overseeing the successful opening of new properties after acquisition Resolving operational challenges and implementing effective solutions Analyzing return on investment (ROI) for capital expenditures COMPENSATION Base:
$150,000-175,000 Bonus:

Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing Working knowledge of accounting concepts and financial statements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational abilities Demonstrated leadership qualities This is not a remote position; the role is based in our main office in the Palm Springs, CA area.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
