) Lively atmosphere Duties:
- Contact and coordinate talent and entertainers for upcoming shows and events.
- Conduct preliminary phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
- Assist with managing the company's social media presence to attract and engage locals and tourists.
- Maintain knowledge of employment labor laws and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
-Assist management with any other similar duties pertaining to the job position.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years similar work experience and professional references.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Software -Excellent social media and computer skills is a must.
-Must have nightlife or similar work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management with talent/entertainment acts and management.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail -Graphic Design experience is a plus.
