Looking for someone who is looking for extra money as per this job is on call basis.
Respond and attend to guest repair request as needed basis.
Repairs as needed to keep units in a like new working condition.
Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, re-keying door locks and repairs door locks as required.
Replacing doors, Installation of motion sensors, etc.
Experience in drywall replacing when needed.
Exterior painting and repairs as needed inside the units and outside the unit.
Must have your own tools to do this job.
Handyman who knows how to repair broken items and be available anytime of the day and night time if something is broken to be repaired.
Pay day is every two weeks.
Plumbing Apprentice License (Preferred) Electrician Apprentice (Preferred) Drywall Painting Fix or replace sink faucets Plumbing Electrical Job Types:
