Guest Service Coordinator The Guest Service Coordinator is responsible for friendly and positive communication with all customers in-person, phone, e-mail and messaging apps.
The Guest Service Coordinator develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, with a focus on ensuring 5-Star experiences for guests, owners and team members.
The Guest Service Coordinator serves as a Brand Ambassador and service expediter for Poolside Vacation Rentals and should have an outgoing, friendly personality and a love for working with people.
Acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders (guests, owners and team members) and relaying day to day activities and scheduling to ensure team success.
Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with each stakeholder including but not limited, team members, guests, owners, and vendors.
Actively listening to the needs of our customers and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions and assigning or completing as appropriate to ensure 5-Star experiences.
Assisting team members and managers with administrative duties as needed Serving as the main office contact during working hours as primarily responsible for answering telephones, emails and messaging apps such as Airbnb and VRBO; in addition to handling transactions, sending payment requests, processing credit cards and performing other reservation and service requests needs by coordinating, performing or assigning the tasks and ensuring task completion, and all follow up is complete.
Answering any customer questions regarding products or services; or referring to the appropriate person for each Coordinating field team to resolve guest service requests quickly and appropriately.
Performing accurate company-required guest paperwork and record keeping as needed Efficient and friendly correspondence with guests before, during and after their stay in all communication means.
Proactively and re-actively ensuring positive messaging and friendly communication Informing customers of prices, availability, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer; needed documents; ID's, city paperwork, payment, pool heat services.
Following-up on guest service request and communicate with the team to ensure team success Performing other duties and tasks as assigned Skills:
-Enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional that focuses on a high level of hospitality and friendly interactions with people - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing - Proficient in using customer service software, vacation renal software, CRM - Empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customers or situations - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Note:
Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
