The potential candidate must be detailed oriented and have strong customer service skills.
In addition, this position requires one to be pro-active and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
Administrative duties:
preparing legal documents, processing computer reports, data input, collections, vendor relations.
Managing staff, facilitating work orders.
Ability to enthusiastically market units.
Monitoring property for safety concerns.
Move in, Pre-Move Out, and final Move Out inspections.
Coordination & execution of community activities.
Applicant screenings.
Qualifications:
Excellent leasing skills.
3 years relevant - apartment community management, supervising a staff, promoting teamwork.
Knowledge of legal notice system and appearing in unlawful detainer cases.
An ability to handle resident issues in a professional manner.
Yardi knowledge a must.
Effective communication in both written and oral form.
Detailed and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate professionally.
Strong customer service skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
Proof of Valid Car Insurance.
COVID vaccination preferred.
