Roadrunner Print and Ship is looking to hire a cheery, energetic, part-time retail associates who will work directly with our clients and in our production department.

RESPONSIBILITIES Bring concierge-level customer service in a bright and energetic print shop.
Assist our walk-in guests with a cheery smile and provide exceptional phone manners to our guests who call in! Assist with producing orders for our clients.
Using a POS system with accuracy.
SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS 2
years of previous customer service experience is a must.
Ability to be on your feet throughout the day and able to lift up to 60lbs Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, friendly, upbeat, and helpful demeanor is a must.
Experience with cash-handling and a POS 2
years of Microsoft Office is a must.
This includes Word, Publisher and Outlook.
Creative, self-motivated, assertive and takes initiative, dependable, trustworthy, and consistent.
Being able to work autonomously is a must.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which may include evenings or occasional weekends.
Must be able to perform all store opening and closing duties independently.
Someone who has excellent phone etiquette and a passion to learn more.
Some shipping or printing experience is a plus, but not required.
OTHER IMPORTANT TIDBITS As we make our way into high season, our hours will be slowly expanding to accommodate the influx of travelers and the needs of locals.
This role can expect to be 15-20 hours per week to start with an increase of hours based upon operating expansion.
