Receptionist/Cashier The Receptionist / Cashier is scheduled from Monday through Friday ( a flex Saturday hour may be available).
The Receptionist / Cashier has the responsibility of processing customer payments, answering customer phone calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Essential Duties:
Closing repair orders Balancing cash at the end of the day General cash handling Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with customers Provide prompt, efficient, and quality service to the customers and co-workers Answer customer phone calls and direct the call to the appropriate associate or manager Take messages from customers if the person they are trying to contact is unavailable Maintaining files Placing office supply orders Retrieving the mail Other administrative job duties
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent Minimum One year experience in customer relations and cashiering (Dealership experience strongly preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time Ability to collaborate with other dealership personnel Must be a team player Must be able to handle demanding customers and situations Maintain a high level of professional appearance and conduct Computer skills (Experience in CDK and Excel preferred) Be able to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day Work Days:
Monday-Friday , with a Saturday schedule possible.
