8K a year The Digital Communications Specialist (DCS) is responsible for researching, creating graphic and written content, inputting and disseminating employee and patient focused communications through a variety of internal and secure external formats to include the organization's internal intranet system, secure texting campaigns, and digital surveys.
Communications focus on business operations, outcomes and health education topics with the intent of both engaging and educating the targeted employee and/or patient groups.
The DCS will lead in the continual development and maintenance of the employee intranet system to ensure a positive customer experience for all employees who may be working remotely, at fixed sites, or using a variety of digital devices.
The DCS will support a variety of committees communication needs to include clinical programs and employee morale, engagement and satisfaction.
Follow agency guidelines and generally accepted rules for seeking and reproducing health care topic related content for targeted audiences and from credible health care industry sources (CDC, FDA, California Health Department, etc.
) with appropriate citation.
Demonstrates ability to write concise content for targeted audiences, at a variety of proficiency levels, with the intent to educate and engage the target audience.
Work to support variety of interdisciplinary teams to support their communication needs, to highlight programs, service outcomes, and ongoing awareness of scope of business operations.
Develop, produce and maintain an annual health topic communications content schedule that both educates staff and patients, but also highlights agency services that address targeted health issues.
Assist in coordinating internal communication campaigns with external communications developed and managed through Marketing to ensure consistency of messaging for staff understanding and patient experience.
Ability to develop and maintain Content Management System (CMS) or Wiki based program for management of intranet content.
Create themed content for distribution on a variety of simultaneous plat forms:
fixed computers, laptops, tablets, phones, screen savers, video, patient exam room monitors, etc Create, administer and assist with the analysis of digital surveys of staff and/or patients using systems like Survey Monkey or secure text-messaging campaigns.
Surveys may include opinion polling, satisfaction, or employee engagement functions in coordination with Morale Committee.
Continually seek and create new and engaging content with the intent of staff education of business operations to support quality patient experience.
Updates could include daily, intermittent or longer-term cycles based on demand cycles.
Understand, adhere to and quality check for HIPAA, and related regulations guiding distribution of patient health care communications through digital platforms.
Be the primary owner of mass action communications requests, owning and driving facilitation from beginning to end.
Own and support global cross-team coordination of communications project management and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on strong business judgement.
Act as a thought leader in understanding customer (staff and patient) experiences, collaborating with contracted mass communications vendors, and providing communications data in ways which create the best possible customer experience.
Prepare and publish mass secure text communications to support team project efforts to provide better customer experiences.
Ability to review a situation, identify the most customer centric path forward, and write mass communication content which fits the situation.
Capable of making adjustments in both day-to-day and large-scale activities based on new information and developments.
Be the liaison between business analyst/informatic teams requiring outside data assistance.
Prepare data input recommendations, reports, and data/customer related investigations.
Perform quality checks of digital communications to ensure the end customer experience is ideal.

(11133) High School diploma or equivalent required.
4-year degree in relevant field of study (graphic arts, communications, digital communications, psychology, marketing, education).
3
years relevant digital communications and/or related experience.
Experience writing customer facing content, to reach a targeted audience.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent programs.
Experience creating graphic content to include spreadsheets, graphs and public sourced digital graphic content or home sourced photography.
At the discretion of DOHC/FHC management, this position has the potential to be a full or hybrid telecommuting position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
