Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
Qualifications:
Previous customer support or service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic and patient demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using customer support software and systems.
