You have a good sense of humor that can turn an impatient guest into a happy, patient guest You must be professional and courteous You are a team player, willing to complete tasks that are outside of the usual Baker duties People say that you have strong communication skills.
You can clearly communicate with the BOH team members People say that you are organized You must have a clean, business appropriate appearance Got the Chops? You must be Kind! (Yes, we mentioned it above, but that's really a must) 1
year of baking experience a plus.
You can multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently You must be able to present yourself and dress in a professional, businesslike, and eloquent manner to our guests.
