Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technologist - Microbiology

NEW Permanent CLS Micro Opening - Palm Springs, California

Seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) with a strong microbiology background. The ideal candidate will hold a California-approved equivalency of CLS or possess a Bachelor's degree with a 12-month internship at a School of Medical Technology. A California state license is required, with preference given to candidates holding ASCP or equivalent certifications. Experience with Cerner LIS is preferred.

Shift:
Mid-shift (every other weekend included)

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    California state license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with Cerner Laboratory Information System (LIS).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • 2
    years of microbiology experience preferred!

Pay Range:
$43-$64/hr depending on experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
