We are seeking a skilled and experienced servers to join our team.
This is a high-volume gastropub located Downtown Palm Springs.
Personality, energy and the ability to sell are key.
We will not review application that don't have server experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take accurate food and drink orders - Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy - Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue - Handle cash and operate the POS system with precision - Provide exceptional guest services to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Requirements:
- Knowledge of food safety practices - Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing - Familiarity with reservation platforms like OpenTable is a plus - Strong basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculation - Ability to upsell products effectively - Experience with cash register operations - Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor - Interest or background in culinary arts is beneficial - Sales skills for promoting menu items and specials - Effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently Join our team as a Server and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests!
