SOCIAL WORKER -MSW-FULLTIME Attends hospital workship led by Director of Case Managment or designee that covers the Tenet Case Management Program, focuses on Discharge Planning arrangements and other related topics.
MSW or Master Degree in behavorial health related field.
Excellent verbal, written and computer skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Kowledge of internal policies and State/Federal regulations related to discharge planning and social services.
Prefer 2 years of hospital experience.
